These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. About Paysplit

Paysplit is an AI-powered expense splitting platform built for groups, roommates, and travelers. Our core product, Splito AI, helps users track shared expenses, split bills fairly, and settle debts efficiently.

Paysplit is currently in invite-only beta. Features and availability may change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts and Waitlist

When you join our waitlist or create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Not share your account with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Site
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the proper working of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content on paysplit.club, including the name "Paysplit", "Splito AI", logo, design, text, and code, is the property of Paysplit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Expense Data and User Content

When you use Paysplit to record expenses, you retain ownership of your data. By using our Service, you grant Paysplit a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not sell your expense data or share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

8. Third-Party Services

Paysplit uses third-party services including Google Cloud, Firebase, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Paysplit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paysplit and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Paysplit, its founder, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
